This autumn, Atelier by Sofitel invites guests to experience a refined celebration of seasonal Australian produce, underpinned by classic French technique and contemporary elegance.
Perched within Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, Atelier’s new menu embraces the richness of the cooler months — from dry-aged meats and charcoal-roasted seafood to earthy vegetables and indulgent, textural desserts.
A Season of Depth and Provenance
The menu showcases premium producers and bold autumnal flavours.
Highlights include:
- O’Connor Black Angus Beef Tartare with confit egg yolk and sauce rémoulade
- Grilled Octopus over Coal with ratatouille and saffron sabayon
- Seaweed Cured Salmon with nashi pear and salmon roe
From the grill, the Boucherie Atelier selection showcases exceptional cuts including O’Connor Black Angus grain-fed tenderloin, citrus-fed Wagyu rump cap and an impressive 800g Angus T-bone, designed for sharing.
Mains reflect the season’s warmth and elegance — from Dry Aged Moorabool Valley Corn-Fed Duck Breast with beurre Bosc pear and duck jus, to Pan Seared Murray Cod with sautéed rainbow chard and dulse beurre blanc.
Plant-based dishes such as Beetroot Mille-Feuille with black Camargue rice and pistachio offer a refined vegan expression without compromise.
Desserts complete the experience with layered, indulgent flavour — think Dark Chocolate Mint with Vietnamese chocolate and coconut sponge, or a delicate Pear Tart Fine with macadamia cream and saffron anglaise.
